Smiling is an expression of love and beauty. In truth life is exuberance of life and without exuberance life is dead. This laughter is an expression of love and joy of all people. Smiling is a favorite spiritual thing. A smiling face expresses the same happiness in your heart as it also affects others. So smile, smile whenever you can to make you look good. 

There may have different reasons of your face being gloomy, as to say, anxiety, anger or rag, but you should propose a smile to your visitors, audiences or attendants avoiding your inner complexional state. Lifestyle means a lot. If a gorgeous one, there some questions might be arisen around it. Lifestyle means one's activities that are involved in a manner with time scheduled. Suppose, one used to go to bed in the late night and used to wake up very late. Moreover, the person used to move by a car, at the same time he/she used to have a breakfast with breads and a cup of tea. The person often visits abroad and in addition, he/she alcoholic and smoker. Whatever one is used to, that could be said one's lifestyle.

Most of us think that after a particular age we becomes useless. This is to say that it is not but a stupidity. An aged person is covered with a lot of experiences which might have a great value. As a building is built with a thousands of breaks with other materials so an aged person like a complete building. The person is a the shakhkhi of age from which we could be more practical and complete. Actually we are going through an experience, as a result, we need more realities that could help us to enrich our walking paths. We should remember that the experiences can't build up overnight, it takes a lot of practical experiences that establish only an aged person. At the same time, we should expect the beauty of aging. As a person getting older, changes come over the body and mind, its natural. But in this stage of age some of beauties spread there as it is a beauty of aging.

Only simplicity could bring happiness. Though everybody hankers after for happiness, as it is only the precious goal for human beings. But most of us are not interested in finding the simple equations of simplicity that could bring happiness. If we define what the happiness is, we could get the result as a mental contentment. As it is mental contentment, we think it is a mental condition'a state. Now the question could be arisen in us, what is mental contentment is. Actually a mental contentment prevails in a choice. So it could be concluded that our choices should be considerable. In this sense of view, if we capable of finding the right choices, we could be maintain smoothly our happiness too. 

What the simplicity is

In a word simplicity means to avoid complexity. Any complexity makes a disturbance from which it creates a barrier in front of a person. Every barrier takes time to reach the goal, or the barrier might have a unfair condition that could make a stopper which never be lifted. In our daily living we should avoid a stopper that might create a unnecessarily uncomfortable situation. As to say, what one makes a artificial characteristics behavior should be considered a complexity. A complexity free living is simple living and it's behavioral attitude is a simplicity.

It is very simple to think that if a person's get-up is ordinary, I mean simple in manner, someone feels easy to talk to him. In this point of view, we come to a conclusion that person who maintains a simplicity in a look obviously easier to have a conversation. We love listening story from others' sources, but we do not think we ourselves create a nice story from taking the beauty and feelings that are roaming around us.You should go in a living of simplicity, that empowers the personality.
